  Tried to exchange two items today both with tags still attached, and with a receipt. It was from December 21st 2017 but I still had proof of purchase and original kmart bag it came in. The cashier proceeded to tell me that they do not return items after 30 days. All I wanted to do was get something else for my daughter, not money back. They refused my exchange and didn't help me any further. I tried to call home office since I am a retail Manger here in Stockton and know that regardless of how long a customer has their items they can still exchange but not return if they have tags attached and proof of purchase. I won't return to this kmart due to this situation and I am also never greeted or treated with satisfactory customer service which is unacceptable.
