  Free delivery? Just save yourself the trouble and pick up the damn thing yourself. Ordered a washer and dryer on November 29th 2017, said both units would be delivered within hours of each other as they didn't have the dryer at the other Stockton store and had to use this one. Late. Late. Late. Got the washer on the 3rd, got the Dryer on the 4th after waiting up until 10:30pm on the 3rd per their delivery ETA. No phone call, not a peep. I get it that it's Christmas and they're swamped but overbooking? really? Is this the doctors office where we should just expect it to take forever? Well my story goes on but really it's to just warn people that they have no Lowes delivery trucks any more. They go third party, If i knew the name of them i would write them a scathing review. The only redemption for this Lowes in the manager Victor, he was very apologetic and curious. He is the ONLY reason i will be returning to Lowes. BTW their customer service line, also a joke, two out of three associates had the worst telephone skills and i was left on hold FOREVER.
