    I took my earrings & ring for repair in September 3 I was told by staff - Candace she will call in 7 days. I didn't get a call until 3 weeks after. She said it will cost me an estimate of $150 to repair both earnings & ring, they will replace the pearl on my ring. She asked me to come to store to speak with the Store Manager to get a discount. I came to the store after work, thinking I would get a better deal by talking to the store manager considering I bought the items through Samuel's website. I got to the store but no Store Manager. I asked Candace to just give me back the items, she told me she has to call their jeweler to ship it back, she will call me when they got it back that was in October. It's now November 13, it was September 3 when I took my jewelry to them, until now I still don't have my ring & earrings. I went to the store yesterday to check as I never heard from Candace since the last time I spoke with her in October, she wasn't there, the staff couldn't find my jewelry, so I left but I asked them to call me, I didn't hear anything from them so today I went back to the store Candace was there, she said my " jewelry was sent to the corporate office bec it's been 2 months I didn't pick up," really!!! She told me she's been calling me, I never got a call from her, if she did she could have left me a voicemail to come pick up my jewelry, I can tell she's lying because she said it's been 2 months, she forgot I was in their store last month & that she told me it takes 6 weeks to ship it back to their store. Really 6 weeks it's like their jeweler is from out of country that it takes that long to ship it back. It has been more than 6 weeks. Hopefully she will call me tomorrow & hopefully she will not tell me I have to wait for another 6-8 weeks. Terrible terrible service! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE. they have VERY BAD SERVICE. She even gave me this attitude.

    I took my necklace into Samuels Jewelers to be repaired after being treated poorly by 2 other jewelers in the same location. I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Rosey. She was not only friendly but very knowledgeable & helpful. She told me that I would receive a phone call in 7-10 days when it would be ready to pick up. It was less time than that when I received a call from Ben. When I went to pick it up, he was also very friendly and told me to feel free to come back and have my necklace cleaned at any time. Samuels heard my respect and I will continue to use them for any jewelry needs. Thank you Rosey & Ben. Susie Katz
